At Mitchell Sotka, we take great pride in our curated collection of fine antiques and unique finds. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return window for items in their original, unaltered condition.

Return Process

  Contact our gallery via email or phone within 14 days of receiving your item to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repackage the item in its original materials to ensure safe transit, as we cannot accept returns for items damaged during return shipping.

• 3.
  Insured Shipping

  Ship the package back to our Cleveland gallery using a trackable and insured carrier, as the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our specialists verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, excluding original shipping fees.
