An antique Victorian Lava Stone Cameo set in sterling silver filigree oval and mounted to what appears to be a solid gold band (no visible markings). Lava stone is a term used for toned limestone found around the Pompeii region during the 19th century. 

Condition: Very Good - Excellent

Expected wear for age. One part of the filigree seems impacted and cameo's nose shows wear.
